Rick Sibson (St Johns 1959-1963) is regarded as a world-authority on earthquake research and also in future energy implications. His lecture will follow on from one he is delivering to the cluster-group of Cambridge (CIE) Geography teachers here at King's College for their annual teachers’ resource day.

Originally, Rick’s lecture to Year 12 was to be “Your energy future – your problem”, but he is now modifying that to include time looking at earthquake implications for New Zealand as well.
